• 1+ years in sea freight coordination
• excellent knowledge of transportation market, costs and specific documentation
Managing all related activities in order to maintain an optimal operational flow for clients / beneficiaries;
Development of an excellent relationship with agents and partners;
Consolidation and development of clients’ portfolio.
Daily management and coordination of LCL shipments;
Track and trace all shipments and maintain permanent communication with clients and carriers;
Proactively identify problems and swiftly implement the appropriate solution;
Work closely with carriers to assure efficient and effective execution of freight forwarding processes;
Re-route freight, as needed in order to meet demands and minimize costs;
Provide support as needed & interact with other departments to respond to their needs;
Provide regular written status reports to management and clients.

Abilities should include multitasking, promptness, optimal structural mentality, efficient and proactive communication;
Excellent operating in MS Office applications;
Fluent level of English, both verbally and written.
